Day 1 | Thursday

Arrival of participants and check-in at hotels

Afternoon: meeting with the choir conductors and the staff of the festival

Evening: Inaugural Concert with all choirs in the beautiful Basilica of St. Ignazio right in the center of the Eternal City near the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain.

Day 2 | Friday

Breakfast at hotel

Morning: Performance of the choirs in the FESTIVAL category (non-competitive).

Afternoon: Performance of the choirs taking part in the Competition

Day 3 | Saturday

Breakfast at hotel

Morning: tour of Rome (walking tour of approx. three hours):  one of the highlights of the tour is the Trevi Fountain, Rome's biggest fountain; the Spanish Steps; the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

Afternoon: Music activities (possibilities including singing during Holy Mass in St. Peter's Basilica or other major Basilicas in Rome, open air concerts, etc.)

Evening: Announcement of the winning choirs, prize awarding ceremony and final concert given by the winning choirs, followed by a finale dinner for all choirs.

Day 4 | Sunday

Breakfast at hotel

Morning: Possibility to participate in the Holy Mass in St. Peter's Basilica, or other major Basilicas in Rome

Depart for home or possible extensions visiting Florence, Assisi, or other regions of Italy.
