10-Day Pilgrimage with the Archdiocese of Seattle: Shrines of France

Dear Friends,

We would like to personally invite you, your family, and your friends to join us on this pilgrimage to the Shrines of France! France is called the “Eldest Daughter of the Church,” and when you see how the Catholic Faith is honored in history, art, architecture, and her Saints, you’ll understand why!

Our pilgrimage begins in Ars where we’ll visit the Shrine of St. John Vianney, “Cure of Ars” and Patron Saint of Priests, and celebrate Mass for the intention of priests throughout the world. We’ll then be on our way to Chartres where we will visit the Notre Dame Cathedral of Chartes where the Sancta Camisia is housed. Our journey continues to Normandy and its famous landing beaches before arriving in Paris, where we’ll visit the city’s most famous sites, from the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal, where our Blessed Mother appeared to St. Catherine Labouré, to the beautiful Sacré Coeur Basilica and Sainte Chapelle. Our dinner cruise on the Seine River is sure to be a highlight of the journey! Our pilgrimage ends in Lourdes, one of the most popular destinations for pilgrims in the world. We will pray in the grotto where the Blessed Mother appeared to Bernadette Soubirous and revealed herself as “the Immaculate Conception.” Best of all, we’ll raise our voices in song in all of these beautiful cathedrals and shrines along the way.
