10-Day Pilgrimage to Italy | May 13–22, 2025

Dear Friends,

I would like to personally invite you, your family, and your friends to join us on this Jubilee pilgrimage to Italy’s greatest cities and special places dear to Christian hearts! A pilgrimage is an important part of a Jubilee year because it is a symbol of the Christian life. Jesus called the disciples to leave their ordinary world and follow him on an extraordinary adventure. They left the comforts of home and the daily rhythms of life to follow Christ. We can only truly follow Christ when we decide to get up and leave our comfort zones and set out on a quest to follow him.

Our pilgrimage will begin in Padua, home of the Basilica of St. Anthony with its famous Chapel of the Relics. We’ll explore the lovely lagoon city of Venice and the Renaissance city of Florence, with its abundance of famous art and magnificent cathedrals. In Assisi, we’ll walk in the footsteps of St. Francis and St. Clare and visit the tomb of Blessed Carlo Acutis. En route to Rome, we’ll visit Orvieto Cathedral, where the Eucharistic miracle of Bolsena is conserved, before arriving in the “Eternal City.” In Rome, we will go through the Holy Door of St. Peter’s Basilica and the other Papal Basilicas of Rome. Pilgrims will have the opportunity to receieve a plenary indulgence. Best of all, we will be celebrating our faith, forming deeper bonds of friendship, and enjoying the food and customs of another culture. There is nothing like sharing such experiences with friends and family in faith. Please consider joining us!
